"Jazz For Kids" features the story of "Scat Cat in Jazzland." This is a fun-filled "live" presentation with original music by Lenore Raphael and Marcia Hillman. It tells the story of how Scat Cat loses and again finds his ability to scat. Children can participate in singing the songs and clapping the rhythms, while learning all about the history of jazz through song. It is recommended for children ages 5-9 years old.
